Our interior design service starts with a free consultation. This free consultation presents on opportunity for us to learn more about your project and for you to learn more about our services, our way of doing things, and previous projects we have worked on. It is important that both parties feel comfortable working together as this will be an important collaborative relationship.

From the free consultation we produce an interior design brief to ensure that both parties fully understand the scope of your project.

Once that is accepted, we move onto the design phase. Initially we ask for the client to send any ideas that they have been collating reflecting the style and look they are wanting to achieve. This is also an opportunity for different members of the household to give us their opinions. From this information there will be an exchange of ideas after which we will have a clearer sense of the design direction to take. Here we create and present a fully bespoke design scheme in the form of digital and physical mood boards and detailed floor plans. This may include 2D elevations and 3D visuals where bespoke and detailed designs are to be created.

The presentation of the design scheme is the first chance for you to understand how your interior design will look like. Initially these are presented as digital mood boards often with options for various elements. The clients are then asked to give feedback until the proposed design has been in agreed in principle. Following this, physical mood boards will be presented allowing you to see and feel the various materials proposed. We encourage our clients to live with the designs for a while, see them in the rooms where they are designed and review them in different light throughout the day. This can be a very interactive process.


The next stage is to present the costs. We will gather quotes from various sources and ensure that you receive the best possible value for your money. This may also be a time when designs are adjusted to ensure that budgetary requirements are met. 

We then move on to implementation. All our clients are assigned an account manager who works with the designers to make project implementation as smooth and hassle free as possible.

Implementation includes the supply and delivery of products, bespoke and otherwise. It also includes organizing and managing our network of high-quality trusted tradesman to ensure work is carried out according to the project timeline.
